Put a dime size amount on the included mini spatula or your finger and rub into underarm. Wait a minute until it is fully absorbed before dressing. Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. In warmer weather, creme might separate and liquefy more and that's normal, just stir before using. Store it in the fridge if you prefer it to be more solid during warmer months.
